Unfortunately due to underground electrical issues in the area, we have no power at Potterells Medical Centre. 

We therefore have limited access to clinical records. We currently have no computers, telephones and or lighting in the practice. 

Calls to Potterells Medical Centre are currently being diverted through to our University branch and the staff there will do their best to help with your query. We ask that you please call for urgent queries only during this time. 

We are sorry for an inconvenience and hope to be back to full capacity soon.

Please note, on Wednesday 9^th November 2022 we have staff training.
Therefore, all calls between 13.30 and 17.30 will be diverted through to Herts Urgent Care.
This ensures there is still access to care needed during this time period.
The practice will re-open at 17.30pm.

The 'Winter Warmer' will offer a warm space and a warm welcome, with an opportunity to buy a mug of warming soup and bread and a cup of tea or coffee. 
Open every Thursday from 12.30pm-3.30pm starting on the 10th of November.

We are currently in the process of updating our website and giving it a well deserved make over!
