Extended Access

Would you like to see a GP or Nurse for routine appointments in the evening or at the weekend?

Try the WelHat Extended Access Service

Local practices are working together to provide appointments at a time which is most convenient for you.

Welhat Extended Access Service provides appointments to those who would prefer to be seen for routine GP or nurse appointments later in the evening or at the weekend. These appointments can be booked with the receptionist at your own GP surgery however you may not see your own GP or practice nurse and you would have to travel to Spring House Medical Centre for your appointment. When booking an appointment, you will need to give permission for your medical records to be accessed and updated.

Routine appointments are available:

Monday to Friday             6.30pm - 8.00pm

Saturday                               8.00am – 4.00pm

Sunday                                  8.00am – 12.00pm

Appointments are available from 3 April 2018. For more information on the WelHat Extended Access service, or to book an appointment please speak to a member of your practice reception team or call University Medical Centre on 10707 284444.
